This exclusive dining experience showcases a curated selection of Stags’ Leap’s celebrated wines — from the bright, expressive Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc to the graceful Merlot and the bold, layered Cabernet Sauvignon. Each wine has been thoughtfully paired with seasonal courses designed to complement its character, structure, and depth.
